About Block Outside Noise

Block Outside Noise is an independent, diagnosis-first site for unwanted sound entering a home from outside: neighbours, traffic, construction, transport, animals, and urban or mechanical sources. It exists to help someone work out what is actually happening before they spend money on a fix that may not match the problem.

Diagnosis first

Rather than starting from a product, the site starts from a question: what kind of noise is this, where does it reach you, and what can you realistically change as a renter or an owner? The diagnostic and the guide pages are built around that order, because the same product can be the right answer for one path and the wrong answer for another.
